"Everything which has a start will have an end" This is a quote which everyone must believe."XinYi,why are you so smart?" XinYi (preferably Xinnie though) stared at the speaker. Is it a crime..? She thought. Being smart isn't everything, everyone must understand that. It's not her fault for being born like that. The speaker left, but she was still dumbfounded by the question. She recalled how she has changed over the years. During P4, she was this little girl. A little innocent perhaps. Wow. BFFs forever! She told that to her besties. Ashley, WenXin, Dana & Sarah. The Blitz. They were together, you can say they were inseparable. But she.. she was heartbroken on WenXin's b'day. She was in 5I! Million pieces of her heart. Her friends.. were in different class. BFF. Yeah right. You know what? They were separated. "Everything has sacrifices" So.. the price to pay for being in 5I was being separated from her friends? She cried that night. Being in 5I.. without any best friends. The thought was frightening her. 4E.. the best class ever? Probably.. P5. 5I! yay! 5I! No best friends. Belle...? In P3 she knew her. But wasn't that close. Only for a few months.. Charmaine was her best friend. But she "left" and went with Valerie and Jubilee. Then we the distance between them were longer and longer... she joined YuWei, Sharon, Delphine, Jasmine and YanLi. Towards the end of the year, she was with Jasmine. P6. Jasmine? Nah.. Mandy? Nope. Why? Just why can't she find someone who.. who know her. Really know her. Someone who's by her every time. Same hobbies.. Is it that hard? No one in 6I really suited her personality. She just wants a twin. Someone who shares her love for anime and manga. It can't be that hard. It just seems that her world is plastic. Man-made, fake. She never shows her real personality, her real thought, real feelings. She's a fake. She's a dumbo. She acts cool, she's a copycat. She just wanna fit among her friends. " I'm not smart. I'm a lazy pig. " She told the earlier speaker the next time she asked her the same question. She continued thinking though, how she could get out of this plastic fake world. She wants to be a real person. She = me. Xinnie = me. XinYi = me. So me = fake and the world around me = plastic. That pretty sums up everything. Which means.. I'm a fake living in a plastic world with no one around me. |
